Jack Shaughnessy
Jack ShaughnessyFounder & CEO

Jack Shaughnessy is the Founder and CEO of SHA Sports, built from the ground up on one idea: fewer clients, sharper focus, elite execution. A former Division I athlete, he turned firsthand experience in the business of sports into a senior-led agency where every client is negotiated for, marketed, and managed personally, never handed off. Jack oversees representation across SHA's basketball, football, and Coaches & Executives divisions, and sets the standard the agency is built to deliver.

Harrison Gascho
Harrison GaschoVP / Director of NIL

VP at SHA Sports, Harrison leads athlete representation, player development, and long-term client relationships across basketball. He spent five seasons with Belmont Men's Basketball, three as Director of Basketball Operations, and holds a Master of Sport Administration from Belmont (2022) and a bachelor's degree from Georgia (2020).

A football executive and former collegiate athlete, Marquez brings firsthand experience in recruiting, NIL, and the business of sports to every client relationship, with a clear understanding of what players and families face moving from college toward the pros.

Brendon Hoberecht
Brendon HoberechtAssociate Head of Coaches & Executives

Brendon began his coaching career at Kilgore College and Dodge City Community College before two years as a Graduate Assistant at VCU, where he was part of back-to-back Atlantic 10 Championship teams and an NCAA Tournament win over North Carolina. He now leads SHA's Coaches & Executives division, helping coaches and executives build trusted relationships and position themselves for long-term career growth.
